Not only am I the barbershop owner, but I’m also a recording artist who goes by Patty Rose. I’ve always believed you don’t need to be some ultra-professional musician to make music — you just have to be willing to create. I started this music page because StutzCutz has always been about more than haircuts. It’s about community, self-expression, and giving local talent a place to shine. I make music so people can hear it and think, “Hey, I can do that too.” I don’t claim to be incredible at it — that’s not the point. Nobody should feel like they have to be a master to make something meaningful. I want to inspire people to get creative in whatever way feels good: writing, drawing, making music, or anything that helps you relax and find a little therapy inside your own head. This page is here to highlight the artists who make Eugene and the surrounding areas such an amazing place to live and create. If you want to check out my work, you can search for Patty Rose on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and more. Click the tabs above to explore our barbershop Spotify playlist and meet the featured local artists who shape the culture of our community. And if you’re a local artist and would like to be featured here, just send an email to stutzcutz@gmail.com — I’d love to hear what you’re creating.
